Pole Position is a fresh initiative from Barcelona, spearheaded by Loïc Le Joliff, founder of Brunch Electronik, and Jaime Alguersuari, known for his Formula 1 background and music alias Squire. Loïc's musical journey began in Montreal, leading him to establish his label and DJ under the name Lee Jo Life before founding Brunch Electronik in Barcelona, where he met Jaime. Their shared love for music and Formula 1 sparked an instant connection, revealing their similar influences from Jazz to Funk. This connection led to the creation of "Anims," a record label and social brand in Barcelona. "Anims" releases have gained recognition from notable artists like me and Solomun. With an exciting lineup of releases planned for 2023, Pole Position promises an electrifying musical journey ahead.
