ABOUT
Copal, the musical alias of Samy Ayachi, draws inspiration from the sacred smoke used by the Mayans to raise spirits, using his music to create pathways for reverie. His energetic form of organic house takes root in the desert and evolves into a tribal Afro vibe, always infused with cinematic and ethereal pads. With releases on renowned labels such as Moblack, Madoras In Da House, Wired, and Art Vibes, Copal has made a significant impact. His EP "IYO," supported by established DJs like Oliver Koletzki, Cercle, and Atsou, climbed multiple Beatport charts, reaching the Top 4. Copal has performed at prestigious festivals and parties including TomorrowLand, Voodoo Village, EKA in Marrakech, Yama in Dubai, Odys in Switzerland, Hangar in Belgium, Mirano in Belgium, and Saikuk in Tulum.
