INTERNSHIP EVENT MANAGEMENT
& CREATIVE ACTIVATIONS

Location: Grimbergen, Belgium
Duration: Minimum of 3 months
Start Date: To be determined, preferred start in March-April 2025
Time Commitment: Flexible, average 4 days per week

 

​Are you an organizational talent with a passion for events and creative activations? We’re looking for an intern to support our creative team in developing and executing unique projects. You’ll have the chance to work in an inspiring environment where you can sharpen your event management skills, unleash your creativity, and make a meaningful impact.

What will you do?

  • Budget Control: Assist in managing and monitoring budgets for creative projects.

  • Project Organization: Support the planning and coordination of events and activations, from concept to execution.

  • Creative Activations: Contribute ideas and help develop innovative campaigns and projects.

  • Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

  • Organizational Talent: You’re structured and can maintain oversight, even under pressure.

  • Analytical Skills: Experience or interest in budget management is a plus.

  • Creative Thinker: You enjoy brainstorming and contributing to new ideas and activations.

  • Team Player: You work well in a team but are also capable of handling tasks independently.

  • Flexible: Adaptable to a dynamic and fast-changing environment.

  • Language Skills: Proficient in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
