Crowd management
Last year, we faced issues with the crowd size and concentration of visitors at the Forest Stage. We’ve taken this seriously and carefully looked into the situation. In response, we’ve created a new circulation plan for this year. This plan aims to improve the flow of people across the whole site and help spread visitors more evenly throughout the venue. Our main goal is to make sure the crowd moves smoothly, reduce overcrowding in busy areas, and create a better experience for everyone. As a result, we have decided to allow for only a slight increase in capacity this year, while ensuring a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for all.
Bars
This year, we’ll focus on optimizing our bars to improve accessibility and speed up service. We’ll increase staff to reduce wait times, ensuring everyone can enjoy the festival without delays.
Facilities
We’re ensuring there are plenty of toilets across the festival grounds to help reduce waiting times.
Transport
We’re enhancing sustainable transport by adding more buses to improve public transport to and from the festival. This will reduce traffic congestion, in collaboration with Keolis, making it easier and greener for attendees to get to the event.
Parking We’re expanding parking areas to improve traffic flow and reduce the time needed to clear the space after the festival, ensuring a smoother experience for all.
Bike Parking
We’re improving our bike parking further with more security, convenient lockers, and a repair station, making it even easier and safer for cyclists.
Accommodation
Like last year, we'll take care of your hotel experience. This year, we're partnering with two hotels offering exclusive package deals with local accommodations, ensuring that you have everything taken care of – so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
